Simpson & Simpson Management Consulting is provided project and construction management services for four fire stations in the city of Santa Clarita. With a cumulative $30.1 million project cost and utilizing the design-build delivery method, these fire stations add a combined 47,000 square feet of state-of-the-art fire protection, emergency medical and life safety services to this expanding city. Each station includes a high-bay apparatus room, kitchen, exercise room, emergency backup generator, above-ground fuel storage tanks, equipment storage rooms and dormitory quarters for firemen. Each of the fire stations will be LEED-Silver certified upon completion.
